This online gallery glass exhibition will explore the theme of being ‘In Relationship’. We asked glass artists what it meant for them.
“Relationship-The way in which two or more people or things are connected, or the state of being connected.”
What does this mean for the artist. Do the pieces of glass have a relationship with each other? Does the artist explore the idea of man and his relationship with others? His surroundings? His own thoughts? Does their work explore the relationship that they have with the material of glass?
From a very large number of entries, 80 CGS members were selected to take part in this exciting and vibrant exhibition. WE also welcomed several new CGS members to this show.
The exhibition was launched on the 4th of August 2017.

I have a lot of new work for this years Open Studios, so I am hoping for lots of people to share it with. I have been experimenting with 3d work in stained glass as well as combining stained glass with paintings. It would be great to get feedback from people as to the direction I am going in.
VeroNick is heading for Skipton to take part in Craft in the Pen. This is an amazing event which provides a wealth of crafts, the perfect before Christmas. Do come and visit. I will have a number of new small items for sale, just right for Christmas presents as well as larger pieces for that special present!
Have a look. It runs from 10am to 4pm and is well worth the visit, and a day out in Skipton is always good.
