I will be exhibiting in the window of High Street Books. I am excited to be involved in this event and it is looking great. The Gulls are for sale at £15.00, on a first come basis. They have the names of individual seabirds on the Uk’s Red and Amber list engraved on their wings. The larger pieces are also for sale.

GLORIOUS GLASS

I am excited to be taking part in this exhibition, it will be taking place at;

The World of Glass, St Helen’s, Merseyside WA10 1BX
21st September – 8th November 2019

In 2017, the Contemporary Glass Society (CGS) celebrated 20 years since its foundation as the principle supporter and promoter of artists and collectors of contemporary glass in the UK. It now has almost 1,000 members both nationally and internationally. To continue the celebration of this landmark anniversary and to raise awareness of the glory of contemporary glass, a series of linked exhibitions are being held around Great Britain over the next three years.

At The World of Glass in St Helen’s there will be glass art work from artists based in the North, Midlands and CGS members living further afield.

STAITHES FESTIVAL OF ARTS AND HERITAGE

Saturday 7th to Sunday 8th, with a preview on the evening of the 6th

www.staithesfestival.com

If it is anything like the last few years this is a great event in a beautiful spot on the North Yorkshire coast and well worth the visit (and the steep hill). It was a as wonderful this year as ever.
